After your payment is processed, you will receive a email of confirmation... We will only ship items to the confirmed address we receive from PayPal... This is for your protection against fraud...

Shipping

We ship USPS Priority with Insurance to all states throughout the USA... There is a charge for shipping... However, we do offer alternative, quicker shipping methods if you request at an additional charge...

All international orders will be shipped First Class International with insurance... Again, we do offer alternative, quicker shipping methods if you request at an additional charge...

Returns & Exchanges

We honor exchanges if there is an issue with an item as a direct result of ours... We must be notified within 24 hours of accepting delivery... All items  expecting to be exchanged must be  received in 7 days...

There is no refund on custom made items... However if there is an issue with an custom made item as a direct result of ours, we will do everything necessary to correct the issue...

All item(s) must be returned in original packaging in NEW condition... Failure to return items as per our request will result in us not honoring the request for exchange...
